We have placed a suggestion box in the waiting room. Please use this or speak to Mrs Halligan if you have any ideas to help us improve our service.
Complaints Procedure
If you feel the need to complain about the service provided please ask the receptionist for a complaints procedure leaflet and contact the practice manager.

Patient Patient Participation Group
New members are always welcome to the practice’s Patient Participation Group. If you are interested in contributing towards the development of your practice please indicate your interest to a member of the practice team. The manager will provide you with further information and pass your name on to our patient participation group chair person. The group consider all suggestions received in the Practice’s suggestion box.
