Make an appointment

Patients can pre-book a routine appointment up to four weeks in advance by calling the Practice on 01625 422249 after 9.00am. Forty per cent of appointments are pre-bookable in this way: six within each surgery session. Three can be booked via our Reception Team and three by our Doctors for Patients requiring reviews. The rest of the appointments are bookable 48 hours in advance. This system ensures that everybody who requires an appointment is usually seen.

Patients can also request an urgent appointment by calling our Reception Staff on 01625 422249 who will ask for basic details of your symptoms and arrange for a member of our qualified Nursing Staff to call you back as quickly as possible each weekday between 8.00am — 11.00am and 2.00pm — 3.00pm. Please remain available to take the Nurse’s call.

To accommodate those Patients who find it difficult to attend the Practice during the day due to working out of the area or being a carer, we currently operate evening clinics from 6.30pm to 8.30pm on the first floor on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
