We try at all times to provide the best care possible within the resources available.

What we ask of you:

In return we request that our patients' do not abuse our system, keep us up to date with details when their personal circumstances change and at all time treat the doctors, nurses and practice staff with the courtesy and respect that they would expect to receive themselves.

If you are not happy with any aspect of the service we provide at the surgery, please contact our practice manager who is responsible for dealing with this matter. Our complaints procedure leaflet is available from the reception desk.

We are always pleased to receive patients' ideas and views as to how we could improve our service. These can be placed in our Patient Participation Group suggestion box in the practices' reception area.
